Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver exclusively within the European Union. This includes the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
What is the delivery time of my order?
For all countries within the European Union, the delivery time is typically 2 to 5 business days, provided that the product is in stock.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the European Union, shipping costs are €4,95. We provide free shipment for orders over €75.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
No, within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import fees that need to be paid.
I haven't received an order confirmation. Why not?
If you haven't received an order confirmation, it may take up to a few hours for it to be sent. If your payment has been processed and you still haven't received a confirmation email from us after a few hours, please contact us. We'll be happy to assist you further.
I've just placed an order. Can I still make changes to or cancel my order?
To maintain swift order processing, once your payment is confirmed and the order is processed, it is swiftly send to our warehouse for picking, packing, and shipment. Once your order has been processed and picked, it is no longer possible to change the order.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you've mistakenly entered an incorrect address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll make every effort to resolve the issue for you. Please be aware that this may affect the delivery time of your package.

What is the status of my order?
After your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once we have shipped your package, you will receive an additional email notifying you that your package is on its way. Returns
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. For defective or damaged items, contact us for a full refund at our expense.
My item arrived damaged, what steps should I take?
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@noyastreetwear.com. Provide a detailed description of the damage along with any relevant photos. We will arrange for the return of the product at our expense and issue a full refund.
How can I return an order?

When do I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 14 days for us to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

How will my order be refunded?
If you returned your order we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will always be issued to the bank account or credit card used for the original purchase.
What is VAT?
VAT (Value Added Tax) are taxes paid on top of the value of a product or service. Both EU and non-EU customers are required to pay VAT on their purchases. For EU customers, the VAT is included in the product prices. For customers outside the EU, this cost will be incurred as import duties.

You don't need a Noya Streetwear account to place an order. You can proceed as a guest, use PayPal for fast checkout, or choose to register as a customer.
