Warranty and Returns Agreement

Article 1 - Warranty Coverage

1.1. Noya Streetwear guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

1.2. This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:

• Improper use
• Accidents
• Alterations
• Normal wear and tear
• Negligence by the customer

Article 2 - Reporting Defects

2.1. If a customer receives clothing that is defective upon delivery, they must contact us as soon as possible at contact@noyastreetwear.com.

2.2. The customer should provide a detailed description of the defect, along with any relevant photos, in their initial contact email.

Article 3 - Return and Refund Process for Defective Items

3.1. Upon receiving a report of defective clothing, Noya Streetwear will provide instructions for returning the defective item at our expense.

3.2. The customer must return the defective item according to the provided instructions.

3.3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, Noya Streetwear will process a refund for the purchase price of the defective item.

3.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned item is received by Noya Streetwear.

3.5. After the refund is processed, the customer may place a new order for the replacement item if desired. The new order will be treated as a separate transaction.

Article 4 - General Return Policy

4.1. Customers may return clothing without reason within 14 days of purchase, provided the clothing is intact, with original labels and packaging, in the same condition as when received.

4.2. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

4.4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, Noya Streetwear will process the return within 14 days.
